Despite how many regrets I may have in my life there is one truly astounding person that makes it all true. Khaya Nomakhwezi Hani is the epitome of humanity. I am so blessed regarding the way my daughter feels about me. I asked my Khaya how she feels about me and this is what she had to say:
Khaya said that there are mainly six reasons which are:
1. You are nice to people especially your friends. Actually Mommy you are nice to children. E.g. when we were at camp and that boy missed his mommy, you spoke and held him until he wasn’t sad anymore.
2. You are almost like everything to me, every time I am around you I feel special
3. You always help people when they are hurt, even if it’s disgusting. That is because you are a generous and nice woman.
4. You always know what’s right for people to eat. When I hated carrots you made them nice and now I love them. When I am big I want to be just like you.
5. The best part about you is inside and out, everywhere Mommy. Left and right. I don’t want you to ever think you are a bad mommy cause ever since I was born, you are the best.
6. You are the most special woman; I never want you to get hurt. (This when I asked her what she means). I don’t want somebody to take revenge like Khulu Chris.
I am amazed how intuitive my daughter is….
